The Library is open to everyone: state institutions, embassies, non-governmental institutions and any reader who is in need for information on the European Union.  

The Library provides more than 3250 issues on different EU-related subjects: the European Union law (all EU legal acts since 1952 are available), economy, social policy, environment, external relations, EU enlargement, as well as on Latvia's membership in the EU. 76 periodicals and 220 units of electronic information material (DVD, CD etc) are available at the Library.

Readers are provided assistance in finding EU documents and legal acts, working with EU data basis and looking for the necessary information on the EU.

Computers with internet connection and wireless internet is available free of charge to the visitors of the Library.
